The end of an era

It’s with a heavy heart that I type this. Sadly, Jamie has decided that it’s time to move on to the next chapter in his musical career and so is departing The Crush. There is absolutely no doubt what-so-ever that the band wouldn’t be where it is today without him and his last gig at The Carisbrook Arms, Gosport on 23rd June 2012 proved what an incredible drummer he is.

Fear not, this all hasn’t just happened. We’ve been planning for Jamie’s replacement for the last few weeks and Pete & I are pleased to announce that Duncan Copland will be unleashed on the world at our next gig (The Curlew, Havant Friday 29th June 2012).

Thanks Jamie. It has been an absolute pleasure. All the very, very best.

    YES!!!! I think it’s safe to say that we had a fantastic night at The Carisbrooke Arms, Gosport on Saturday 11th May 2013. It was great to see so many familiar faces and a load of new ones too.
